About Vie

Vie offers community song circles — spaces where voices come together without pressure or performance, guided by presence, listening, and trust. Singing here is not about performance or perfection. It is about connection — with yourself and with others. A way to regulate, co-regulate, and come into presence.

Her approach is shaped by expressive arts training, trauma awareness, counselling techniques, and child and youth mental health. She has co-led an international community singing gathering with over 10 song leaders, and shared song circles in communities internationally and in supportive spaces, including Wellspring Cancer Support.

At its heart, this work is about community — spaces where expression is welcomed, emotions can move freely, and connection feels natural, creative, and alive. Your voice belongs.
