About Jennifer Monin
Jennifer’s passion is music and movement as medicine. She is a seasoned acupuncturist and herbalist with a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her work in the world is to heal and rebalance through the cultivation of qi and vitality. Throughout her life, she has been singing in various settings from organized choirs and music camps to harmonizing in the backcountry on the trail. Her greatest influence in heart song singing has been with long-time mentor, Harmony Grisman.
About Sisters in Harmony Sebastopol
A safe and welcoming community song circle for women located near Ragle Park. Music and movement are woven together focusing on heart songs, layer songs, rounds and simple harmonies. Qi Gong movements, warm-ups and breathwork give way to gorgeous singing. Release, ground and enliven – making way to flow and joy. Classes are usually held outside amongst the trees.
